Murder charges laid following the discovery of a body in CK

Three people from Tilbury have been arrested and charged with first degree murder after Chatham-Kent police found a deceased man in Dover Township.

Police said officers found the body on the side of the road on Jacob Road in Dover Township Friday at around 11 a.m.

Police officials said two men and a woman from Tilbury were charged with first degree murder after an investigation.

The coroner’s office was contacted, while a preliminary death investigation started.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
