Fire crews from Tilbury and Merlin were called to the multi-unit fire at 3 Sunset Place at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
Two units were displaced, one from the fire and the other from water damage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
