Maroons to face Vipers in first-round of GOJHL playoffs

The Chatham Maroons open the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL) playoffs on Wednesday.

The Maroons will play the Vipers in the first round, with game one set for Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in LaSalle at the Vollmer Recreation Complex.

Chatham finished the regular season in fifth place, while LaSalle finished just ahead in fourth.

In the regular season, the Maroons had four wins and two losses against the Vipers. 

Game two in the series isn't until Sunday, March 10 at Chatham Memorial Arena. The full schedule is below.

Game 1 - Wednesday, March 6 @ 7 p.m. in LaSalle

Game 2 - Sunday, March 10 @ 7 p.m. in Chatham

Game 3 - Wednesday, March 13 @ 7 p.m. in LaSalle

Game 4 - Thursday, March 14 @ 7 p.m. in Chatham

Game 5 (if necessary) - Saturday, March 16 @ 7 p.m. in LaSalle

Game 6 (if necessary) - Sunday, March 17 @ 7 p.m. in Chatham

Game 7 (if necessary) - Tuesday, March 19 @ 7 p.m. in LaSalle.
