Students honoured by Chatham Sports Hall of Fame

Four local graduating high school students were honoured by the Chatham Sports Hall of Fame.

For the 21st consecutive year, the Hall of Fame presented a $300 bursary to a graduating student from each of Chatham's four secondary schools.

The award recognizes students who have exceeded expectations in regard to coaching, managing, scoring, timing, fundraising or helping to improve their school's athletic programs.

Sabrina Guenter from Chatham Christian High School, Holly Cundle from Chatham-Kent Secondary School, Cidney Fraser from John McGregor Secondary School and Quinn Bernardi from Ursuline College Chatham were this year's recipients.
