Chatham murder suspects still waiting for bail hearings

Three Chatham murder suspects remain behind bars waiting for their bail hearings.

Jeffrey Davis, 44, David Lozon, 59, and Sky-Linn Holden, 23, are all waiting for the legal process to run its course after being charged with first degree murder in June.

The deceased has been identified by Chatham-Kent police as 27-year-old Louise Thomson from Milton, Ontario. Her body was found on June 4, 2024 at a home on William Street South in Chatham.

All three are also charged with committing an indignity to a body.

Davis returns to court by video on Wednesday, Holden makes another court appearance by video on Thursday, and Lozon's case will be heard again on July 23, 2024.

Police previously said the alleged murder is considered an "isolated incident" and they don't believe there's any threat to public safety.
