Leamington crash blamed on impaired driving

A 65-year-old Tilbury man faces charges after a single-vehicle crash in Leamington.

The Ontario Provincial Police responded to Monday's crash on Milo Road around 1:15 p.m.

Nobody was hurt, but police have charged the driver with the operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs and having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.

The accused has a court date on September 26 in Windsor to speak to the charges.

The OPP suspended his license for 90 days and impounded the vehicle for a week.
