Women Arrested on Warrant

A 44-year-old Windsor woman has turned herself in to Chatham-Kent police following a fraud investigation.

Police reported the woman faces a charge of fraud over $5,000 after she and another accused allegedly targeted an elderly Chatham-Kent citizen and defrauded them of more than $20,000.

The accused was released with bail conditions and a court date.

Man Arrested on Warrant

A Chatham man wanted by Chatham-Kent police has been arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.

Police said an officer spotted the 42-year-old suspect while responding to an unrelated service call.

The accused faces driving charges.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
