Local hockey players to showcase skills at Prospect Game

Five players from the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) Stobbs Division will take part in the Prospect Game.

The game on Saturday, November 2 features the league's best 16 and 17-year-old players.

The Western Conference team will feature Aiden Campbell of the Blenheim Blades, Kurtis Smith and Xandre Aitken of the Dresden Kings, Logan Cornish of the Walpole Island Wild, and Grant Symons of the Wheatley Omstead Sharks. 

The Western Conference will play the North at 1 p.m. at the North Middlesex and District Arena in Parkhill.

The Eastern and South Conference teams will face off the same day at the Wellesley Community Centre in Toronto.

"Our young stars will have a chance to showcase themselves to both fans and scouts at each event," said PJHL commissioner Terry Whiteside.
