Man arrested on two-year-old warrant
Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man who's been wanted on gun charges for a few years.
In August 2022, officers began a firearms-related investigation after responding to an incident at a Chatham residence.
After determining what happened, police issued a warrant for a 32-year-old man charging him with careless use of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
According to police, the man was located yesterday and arrested.
He was later released from police custody with conditions and a future court date.
