Break and enter

Police were called to a business on St. Clair Street in Chatham at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon. When police investigated early that morning at 3:30 a.m. unknown suspect(s) broke into a locked container and stole several propane tanks.

Warrant arrest

Officers on general patrol at 10 a.m. observed a Wheatley woman known for an outstanding warrant. She was arrested for fail to comply.

She was transported to police headquarters and later released with a future court date.

Warrant arrest

Police on general patrol observed a 34-year-old woman who was known to police for an outstanding warrant out of Essex OPP.

She was charged with theft under $5,000 and was turned over to OPP.
