Maroons trio headed to Top Prospects game

The best 16 and 17 year olds in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL) will be in action on Friday.

That includes three players from the Chatham Maroons.

The GOJHL Top Prospects Games will take place in Elmira on Friday, December 27.

Forward Parker Nyitray will play for Team Doyle in the second game at 6 p.m. He'll face teammates forward Ian Lachance and goaltender Samuel DiBlasi, who are suiting up for Team Schlitt.

Eighty players in total will play for four teams in two games, and competition will be steep as 51 of those players have been drafted by OHL teams.
