UPDATE: OPP locate missing woman from Moraviantown

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Chatham-Kent is thanking the public for their help in finding a missing woman from the Delaware Nation on Moraviantown.

Police said the 35-year-old was reported missing on Wednesday, adding her last known location was at her home on Saturday.

On Thursday morning, OPP announced that the woman had been found and that she is safe.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
