Assault arrest

A 44-year-old Chatham man wanted for assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement, and uttering threats against his partner has been arrested.

Chatham-Kent police reported the man was taken into custody at an address on Gray Street in Chatham Monday morning.

Mischief arrest

Chatham-Kent police have arrested a 32-year-old Chatham-Kent man for mischief under $5,000.

Police allege he was captured on surveillance video breaking the window of a parked vehicle on King Street East in Chatham Monday night.

Break and Enter arrest

A 45-year-old woman from Chatham has been arrested after Chatham-Kent police allege she broke into a vacant building in Chatham on Monday afternoon.

Police charged her with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.

Arrest Warrant

Another person with a warrant out for his arrest has been rounded up by Chatham-Kent police.

Police said officers arrested a 32-year-old man from Chatham on Delaware Avenue Monday night on a warrant for failing to attend court.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
