The Chatham-Kent Barnstormers will be sending at least six players to the Intercounty Baseball League All-Star Game.
And they could make it a magnificent seven if one of their starting pitchers receives enough votes by midnight on Monday.
The IBL announced the rosters for the North and South divisions Friday morning.
Two Barnstormers players made the starting lineup for the South team -- second baseman Evan Morrison and relief pitcher Garret Day.
Morrison is ranked third in the league in terms of batting average (.394) and also ranks third in the league in terms of overall hits (37).
Day has one win and five saves through ten games with an earned run average of 0.87 over that stretch as a closer. He was also named a co-winner of the IBL's Pitcher of the Week award earlier this season.
The rest of the Barnstormers who have already earned a spot on the All-Star roster include pitcher Yuri Yokoyama, outfielder Spencer Marcus, infielder Sadler Goodwin, and catcher Mitsuki Fukuda.
They were all named to the South Reserves.
And there is one last chance for the Barnstormers to send one more player to the 2025 IBL All-Star Showdown in Hamilton on Sunday, July 20.
Voting for the "Last Ones In" for the All-Star rosters opens at 12 p.m. Friday, July 11 and it will stay open until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 14.
Barnstormers pitcher Aden Ryan could make that cut if he gets enough votes over the weekend.
The Barnstormers also have a busy weekend ahead with three games in three nights.
The Barnstormers' first game is in Hamilton against the Cardinals Friday night before they return home to face the Cardinals at 7:05 p.m. Saturday night at Fergie Jenkins Field.
The Barnstormers will wrap up the weekend by taking on the Welland Jackfish at 2:05 p.m. Sunday in Chatham.
