Racquet lovers finally have a year-round facility to enjoy

The Chatham-Kent Racquet Centre, just outside of Chatham, is officially open.

The opening comes two years later than anticipated because of equipment delays. The driving forces behind it, Stephanie Chapados and her husband Mark, are excited about it. Stephanie told CK News Today that courts are already starting to fill up.

The domed centre is open year-round on weekdays from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

The centre is located at McNaughton Avenue West and Bear Line Road at the new St. Clair College Community Park.
