Heavy police presence near Thames River in CK

There's an increased police presence along the Thames River near Jeannettes Creek, between Tilbury and Chatham.

Chatham-Kent police have announced that officers will be in and around Poppe Road and Buchanan Line throughout Wednesday.

The police service didn't say why there is an increase, but explained that there is no threat to the public.
