CK police conducting training exercise in Blenheim

People in Blenheim may notice a large police presence on Monday.

Chatham-Kent (CK) police are conducting a training exercise from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nazarene Road.

Only people with regular access to the area will be allowed in during this time.

The exercise will include a CK Police Service Command Post, an armoured vehicle, and five marked police cruisers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
