Storm knocks out power to thousands in Chatham-Kent
Severe weather early Friday night caused a number of large power outages in Blenheim, Chatham, and near Wallaceburg.
Entegrus says the lights are back on for over 1,600 customers in Blenheim, while over 900 Hydro One customers in the town should have power again.
In Chatham, over 900 Entegrus customers on the south side of the city were in the dark due to damaged equipment, but power has been fully restored.
In the Wallaceburg area, almost 700 Hydro One customers were without power, but the lights are back on for most customers.
A few scattered outages remain.
