The yellow alert explained that Chatham-Kent could see up to 90-kilometre-an-hour winds and heavy rain, possibly exceeding 50 millimetres, due to a line of thunderstorms between Chatham and St. Thomas.
The warning was put into effect around 12 p.m. on Sunday, but has since ended.
The Indian Road North southbound lane was closed Wednesday evening between Errol Road and Michigan Avenue.
