A 49-year-old has been charged with multiple counts of assault.
Shortly before 10 a.m. on Sunday, Chatham-Kent (CK) police were called to a home in Chatham for a possible assault.
When officers arrived, a woman told them that her partner had pushed her and thrown a beer can at her. She also said the partner shattered a mirror.
The woman did not suffer any injuries that needed medical attention.
The man was arrested and charged with assault, assault with a weapon, and mischief.
He's since been released from police custody with a future court date.

CK police have charged a man for posting a photo of his partner without their consent.
At around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, police were contacted about a social media post.
After investigating, police arrested the man who made the post.
He was charged with publication of an intimate image without consent and criminal harassment.
He's since been released from police custody with a future court date.
