Thrashers Open Inaugural Season

The Wallaceburg Thrashers Senior B lacrosse team opens up their inaugural season this afternoon.

The Sarnia Beavers relocated to Wallaceburg in the offseason, becoming the Thrashers.

"It's a good group of young men and they've been playing the game for a long time," says head coach Gord Lilley. "I think if we work together we will be happy with our first season,"

The Thrashers take on the Six Nations Rivermen at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena at 2pm.
