It's the last chance for players to make an impression when the Lions wrap-up the preseason against the Bills.
Lions Head Coach Jim Caldwell says it's up to the players to make their decision difficult.
"Some have had some play because we've been mixing the 1's in certain spots and etcetera, so maybe haven't gotten an opportunity to get into the flow of the game, to get a real good feel for things, so we can make a determination on where they area" says Caldwell. "So in this game they'll get that opportunity."
