73's Battle Tenacious Jr. Kings

Essex looks for its sixth straight win, as it hosts Dresden tonight.

The Jr. Kings haven't lost since being downed 7-4 in Essex two weeks ago, and 73's Head Coach Gil Langlois says that game was a grind.

"They keep coming at you, keep coming at you, keep coming at you, so the lead never felt safe until the final buzzer went."

The normally stout defence of the 73's has allowed eight goals in its last two games versus Dresden, and Langlois says he hopes to tighten that up tonight.

This will be the last regular season meeting between the Jr. Kings and Essex.
