Canadiens And Vipers Following Up Wins

Jr. C hockey action has Lakeshore in Wallaceburg.

Canadiens GM Mark Seguin says his team's looking to build on a 7-6 overtime win in Wheatley on Monday, which ended a three-game slide.

"The few games before that, we had a hard time scoring goals. It hadn't been a problem for us all year. We also want to concentrate on keeping them out of our net."

In Jr. B, LaSalle's looking to string a couple wins together for the first time in about a month as it hosts Sarnia.

The Vipers are 2-0-1 in three games against the Legionnaires.

Sarnia's just two points back of LaSalle in the GOJHL's Western Conference.

Just eight points separates second-placed St. Thomas and sixth placed Sarnia.
