Express Lose Home Opener

The two-time defending NBLC champs lost their first game of the season in dramatic fashion.

A three-pointer by Bilal Benn with two seconds left in the game propelled the Orangeville A's over Windsor 99-98.

The Express were paced by old and new faces, with veteran Chris Commons scoring a game-high 27 pts, and rookie Shaquille Keith adding 24.

The Express will be off the next couple days, before taking on the rival London Lightning Tuesday.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
