Spitfires Make Deadline Deals

The Windsor Spitfires are adding a couple players who will report to the Jr. B LaSalle Vipers.

In exchange for future considerations, GM Warren Rychel acquired Belle River-native Brett Primeau from Kingston and Ryan Sarris from Niagara.

Primeau had split this season between the Cobourg Cougars of the OJHL and Pembroke Lumber Kings of the CCHL.

He's suited up for the Vipers as recently as last season. Primeau's played 78 total games in LaSalle, scoring 35 goals and 27 assists.

Sarris played for the Whitby Fury, also of the OJHL, and has now already played two games for the Vipers.

Today is the final day for trades in the OHL, for the 2015-16 season.
