After no scoring in the first period, the Spirit made it on board with one goal in the second. They added another in the third to complete their shutout win.
Despite the loss, Windsor out shot Saginaw 29-28.
The Spitfires will face off against the Flint Firebirds next on Thursday at 7:05pm.
