Flyers Riddled With Injuries, Suspensions

A shorthanded Leamington Flyers team will hit the road for a game in London against the Nationals tonight.

Flyers head coach Tony Piroski says they'll have some fresh faces in the lineup.

"We're short eight players tonight, so we're working on getting some call-ups to fill some holes," says Piroski. "We have two suspensions and the rest are injuries."

Puck drop is set for 7:30pm at the Western Fair Community Center in London.

Elsewhere in Jr. B hockey, the LaSalle Vipers are hosting the St. Thomas Stars at 7pm.

In Jr. C action, the Wallaceburg Lakers are hosting the Alvinston Flyers for their last home game of the regular season.
