History Suggesting A Tight Series

The LaSalle Vipers kick off their second round playoff series in London tonight.

The two teams split their six regular season meetings, each winning twice in their home arenas and once on the road.

The Vipers and Nationals both finished the season with 67 points.  The only difference in their records was London had one more tie than LaSalle, who had an extra overtime loss.

In round one, the Nationals disposed of Strathroy in five games, while the Vipers fought back to take its series with Sarnia in seven.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
