Playoff Basketball Returns

The Windsor Express kick off their bid for a three-peat tonight at home, against Niagara.

A 112-96 win over the River Lions at the WFCU Centre on Friday was the seventh win for the Express in eleven games against the expansion Niagara squad this season.

The first two games of the first-round best-of-five playoff series will be played in Windsor tonight and Wednesday.

Games 3 and 4, if necessary, will be in Niagara, with a potential Game 5 being hosted back in Windsor next Tuesday.

The Express finished the regular season 21-19, which is their worst record in the team's four-year existence. Still, it's good enough for second place in the NBL's Central Division.
