Red Devils & Thrashers Lose

A tough weekend for both the Wallaceburg lacrosse teams.

The Red Devils Jr. B team dropped their third straight game, falling 10-4 at home to the Niagara Thunderhawks.

In Sr. B action, the Thrashers lost 15-4 to the Oakville Titans. Colin McDowall had two goals and an assist for Wallaceburg.

The Red Devils are off until Saturday night, while the Thrashers don't play again until Sunday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
