Jr. Hockey Wrap Up – December 28, 2016

The Dresden Kings hammered the Wallaceburg Lakers 7-1 in PJHL action on Wednesday.

Dillon Liberty led Dresden with two goals, while Brendan Ritchie, Noah Fox, Steven Funk, Kevin Ritzer and Kyle Hachey all scored once.

Nolan Farr scored Wallaceburg's only goal.

The Lakers are in Amherstburg on Friday to take on the Admirals at 7pm. On the same day at 7:30pm, the Kings are at home to take on the Wheatley Sharks.

Travis Campbell led the Amherstburg Admirals to a 8-5 victory over the Wheatley Sharks.

Campbell scored a hat trick for Amherstburg, while Jordan Luciw scored twice. Aidan Ryan, Ryan Holzel and Dylan Muzzatti all scored one goal.

Justin Pinsonneault, Antonio Ciampa, Delaney MacDonald, Cam Pickersgill and Michael Travis each scored once for Wheatley.

The Admirals are at home against the Wallaceburg Lakers on Friday at 7pm. Also on Friday, the Sharks will take on the Kings in Dresden at 7:30pm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
