CKSS Grad First In Hurdles

It's not taking Chatham-Kent Secondary School graduate James Muharrem very long to find success on the track with the Guelph Gryphons.

In his first meet of the year, Muharrem finished first in the men's 60m hurdles at the Zoltan Tenke Classic in Guelph with a time of 8.410 seconds in the finals.

Muharrem narrowly beat out his teammate Grant Richard, who placed second with a time of 8.413 seconds.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
