Jr. Hockey Wrap-Up — February 2, 2018

The London Nationals dropped a 4-2 decision to the St. Thomas Stars on Friday.

Max Vinogradov and Cohen Kiteley both scored once for London.

The Nationals return home on Wednesday to take on the Leamington Flyers at 7:30pm.

And in Junior C hockey, the Lakeshore Canadiens wrapped the regular season with a 3-1 victory over the Petrolia Flyers.

Dylan Bradley, Kyler Carter and Michael Long scored the three goals for Lakeshore.

The Dresden Kings also ended the regular season on a high note by doubling the Wheatley Sharks 4-2.

Kevin Ritzer led Dresden with two goals, while Nolan VandenBoorn and Kenny Chisolm each scored once.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
