JV Cougars Start Playoffs At Home

The Junior Varsity Chatham-Kent Cougars will open their playoff run at home this summer.

The team finished in a three-way tie with Sarnia and Sault Ste. Marie atop the standings in the West Division with a 7-1 record, but the Cougars took the number one seed through the tie-breaker rule.

Chatham-Kent's riding a three-game win streak and will host the Brantford Bisons on Sunday, July 29 at 7pm at the CKSS sports complex.

The last time the two teams met, the Cougars beat the Bisons 48-7.
