Cougars Advance to Provincial Championship

The Chatham-Kent Cougars Junior Varsity team is off to the OFC Provincial Finals.

The Cougars dominated the Sault Ste. Marie Sabrecats 48-1 on Sunday to win the Ontario Football Conference Western Division title.

Quarterback Evan Torres and running backs Nakoma Scott and Ethan Ciupka led the Cougars offence.

The JV Cougars will face the Scarborough Thunder in the Provincial championship on Saturday, August 11th at 2 pm in Brantford at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre.
