Maroons fall in LaSalle

The Chatham Maroons still can't get by the Vipers in LaSalle.

Last night the Maroons lost 4-1 to the Vipers, their third loss in LaSalle this season.

Zane Dalpe led the Vipers offence with two goals, while teammate Brett Vorshuk also scored, and AJ Ryan added an empty netter.

Nolan Gardiner scored Chatham's lone goal late in the third period. Tristan Lewis made 25 saves for the Maroons in the loss.

Chatham is back in action on Friday night when they head to St. Thomas. LaSalle is back on the ice on Thursday in Leamington.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
