Two late goals gave the Amherstburg Integrity Admirals a commanding lead in their junior-C playoff series.
The Admirals scored twice in the third period in their 2-1 win over the Mooretown Flags Sunday night at the Libro Centre. The Addys now have a 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven first-round Stobbs Division playoff series.
Nolan Farr, who scored in Game 2 Saturday night, did it again in the first period, scoring on the power play at 16:04 for a 1-0 Mooretown lead at the first interval.
There was no scoring in the second period, and each side had one successful power play opportunity. Amherstburg tied the game on the power play with Bryce McGregor's goal at 1:34 of the third period. Josh DiCarlo's extra-man goal late in the period completed the comeback.
Ben Larder faced 26 shots in goal for Amherstburg and stopped 25 of them. Jake Wilkins had 29 stops for Mooretown.
The Flags will try to avoid a sweep at home when Game 4 takes place Wednesday night.

The Dresden Kings scored twice in the third period to beat the Blades 4-2 in Blenheim.
The Game 4 win gives the Kings a 3-1 lead in their first-round Stobbs playoff series.
The first goal of the game did not come until there were 14 seconds left in the opening period when the Kings' Cory Lucier scored on the power play.
The two teams played seesaw throughout the middle frame. The Blades tied the game on a Cameron Symons goal at 27 ticks into the period. Dresden regained the lead when Brantley Kuipers lit the lamp, but Blenheim tied the game again thanks to a Dede Cato score.
The game-winning goal ended up being scored by Dresden's Lucas Spence on the power play at 1:52. Nolan Vandenboorn added insurance later in the frame. Blades goalie Chris DeWulf was pulled for the extra attacker but Blenheim was unable to force overtime.
Brett Brochu knocked away 23 shots in goal for the Kings. DeWulf had 27 saves in net for the Blades.
Dresden can advance in the playoffs as soon as Monday night when they host Game 5.
