Officers say Ali Fazal was pulled over on Hwy. 401 just east of Plank Line near Ingersoll.
He was travelling 165km/h in a 100km/h zone.
Fazal faces charges of racing a motor vehicle, careless driving and failing to surrender a permit for his motor vehicle.
