Police Say Lock Your Vehicle

London police are again sending out a familiar warning.

Lock your vehicle, or run the risk of being a victim of theft.

Police say, since November 14, there have been 20 reported thefts from vehicles in the neighbourhood bounded by Commissioners Rd., Bradley Ave., Meadowgate Blvd., and Jackson Rd.

The thefts usually happen between midnight and 5am and involve thieves checking for unlocked doors or smashing windows in order to steal GPS units, Ipods, wallets, and laptops.

Police have released surveillance video of one of the thefts.
