Police Search For Dangerous Woodstock Man

Woodstock police are searching for 32-year-old Gerald O'Neill following a violent domestic assault.

On December 22 around 2am Woodstock Police were called to the Mariner Motel on Dundas St.

A woman with undisclosed injuries was taken to hospital.

O'Neill is wanted for four counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of assault, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, two counts of unauthorized possession of a weapon, three counts of possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order, uttering death threats, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a schedule II substance.

Police say O'Neill is considered dangerous and not be approached if spotted.

He may be driving a sliver 2004 Pontiac Sunfire with a licence plate number of AYEW524.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
