High levels of air pollution are possible this afternoon.

An AIR QUALITY WARNING is in place due to the possibility of deteriorating air quality. Hot and sunny conditions are expected to cause increasing ground-level ozone concentrations this afternoon. Moderate risk AQHI values are expected throughout the day with the potential of short-term high risk AQHI values in the afternoon.

When air pollution levels are high, everyone should limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

A London woman is one of two people charged in connection to the shooting of a man on Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation last weekend.
Middlesex OPP responded to the shooting on Saturday around 8:40 am. The man was shot outside a home and suffered a minor injury. Police say it started with an argument between two men.
They now have two people in custody.
Valerie Vandendriessche, 46, of London, is charged with:
<ul>
	<li>careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition</li>
	<li>possession of prohibited or restricted firearm/ammunition</li>
</ul>
John Michael David Kennedy, 51, of no fixed addressed is charged with:
<ul>
	<li>assault with a weapon</li>
	<li>aggravated assault</li>
	<li>possession of weapon for dangerous purpose</li>
	<li>unauthorized possession of weapon</li>
	<li>careless use of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition</li>
	<li>possession of firearm or ammunition</li>
	<li>assault</li>
	<li>careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition</li>
</ul>
Both suspects are scheduled to appear in a London court.
