In the first quarter, the Mill Rats took a 30-18 lead and maintained an advantage over London at halftime. The Lightning were down by 17 points at the end of third and couldn't catch up in the final quarter.
Marvin Phillips and Emmanuel Little both scored 22 points. Phillips also contributed 12 rebounds.
The Lightning take on the Mississauga Power next Sunday at 4pm.
