A change of venue application for a preliminary hearing for Jeremy Gubbels is to be reviewed in a London courtroom Thursday.
The 27-year-old London man, charged with murder in the deaths of his Warwick Twp. parents, appeared briefly by video again in Sarnia court today and was remanded in custody until Friday.
Gubbels faces two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Susan and Mario Gubbels, last July.
Holding a preliminary hearing in either Lambton County or Middlesex County is being discussed.
A preliminary hearing determines if there's sufficient evidence to send the matter to trial.
Friday, Gubbels is to appear again by video from the London Middlesex Detention Centre.
