Family Day Activities In London

Tomorrow is Family Day.

London's malls, most retailers, banks, Covent Garden Market and public libraries will be closed along with the Beer Store and LCBO locations. But we've put together a list of things you can do on the statutory holiday.

The London/St. Thomas RV Show continues at the Western Fair District Agriplex from 10am-5pm on Monday. Admission is $12 for adults, $9 for seniors and children under 12 get in free.

The Labatt Retail store, which is often open on holidays, is closed on Monday.

Storybook Gardens will be open from 10am to 5pm with skating and horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Family Day starts with a pancake breakfast at Byron Optimist Community Centre from 9am-10:30am.  Firefighters will arrive with a firetruck at 9:30am and activities continue until noon.

They'll start serving pancakes at 8:30am at both Boyle Memorial and Carling Heights with kids' activities until 2pm. Stronach Community Centre hosts family yoga from 10am-11am.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
