Investigators Search For Break In Suspect

London police are searching for a suspect in as many as 15 residential break and enters in Old South.

Investigators say there has been increase in crime in the area located between Carfrae St. to the north, Ridout St. to the west, Wellington Rd. to the east and Baseline Rd. E to the south.

There have been a total of 15 residential break and enters where thieves stole cash, jewelry, electronics and medication.

On two different occassions people were home and saw a man with a screw driver at the front door. The suspect had knocked a few times before the homeowners confronted him.

He is described as a white male between the ages of 20-30 years old, 5'8" to 6'0" in height with a medium build. He was wearing a tan construction style jacket and may have brown or dirty blonde hair.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police or CrimeStoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
