Lightning Ride Out the Storm in Charlottetown

The London Lightning picked up a win in Charlottetown, PEI on Monday night, defeating the Island Storm 98-94.

Top scorers were Marvin Phillips and Brent Jennings with 18 points, followed by Emmanuel Little with 17 points. The Lightning now stand at 15-14.

The Lightning will play their next two games on the east coast, facing the Moncton Miracles Tuesday night and the Saint John Mill Rats Thursday night. Their final regular season home game goes at Budweiser Gardens on Saturday, February 28 against the Mississauga Power.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
