Strathroy Caradoc fire struck from Strathroy Fire Service Fire crews at battling a blaze at a barn on Bear Creek Rd., south of Ailsa Craig.
OPP say the fire broke out just before 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
The barn had livestock inside. About 20 sheep and two donkeys have died.
Bear Creek Rd. between Petty St. and Argyle St. remains open, but drivers are being asked to avoid the area if possible due to the volume of emergency crews on scene.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
The investigation is on-going.
