High levels of air pollution are possible this afternoon.

An AIR QUALITY WARNING is in place due to the possibility of deteriorating air quality. Hot and sunny conditions are expected to cause increasing ground-level ozone concentrations this afternoon. Moderate risk AQHI values are expected throughout the day with the potential of short-term high risk AQHI values in the afternoon.

When air pollution levels are high, everyone should limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

<p>As the London Knights wait to see who they'll face in the Western Conference Quarter Final Series, the team has announced the dates for its first round home games.</p><p>
Whether it's the Kitchener Rangers or the Owen Sound Attack, game one will go at Budweiser Gardens on Friday, March 27 at 7:30pm. Away games will be scheduled once an opponent has been determined. As in previous years, the higher-seeded team hosts games one, two and if necessary, five and seven. The lower-seeded team will host games three, four and if necessary, six.
