Gearheads Gather At Speed & Custom Car Show

Classic cars, restorations and everything else for gearheads all come together this weekend at the Western Fair District.

The annual Speed and Custom Car Show opens today and also runs on Sunday.

Show manager Rob Lumsden says everyone remembers the iconic car driven by Bo and Luke Duke in the late 70s and mid-80s.

Lumsden says they're adding a motorcycle component with a display this year of bikes dating back to 1908, and it's an area they hope to expand in the future.

The Speed and Custom Car Show is in the Western Fair District's Progress Building Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday from 10am-4pm. More show details can be found HERE.
